Module III - Database Management Module

Module III allows you to be your own administrator, use your own logo, your own login page, and your own website.  We basically hand you the "keys" and help you if/when you need us.  Each of our clients get on hour of training per license and unlimited support.  Should you purchase Module III, we provide 5 hours of set-up and 20 hours of special customized programming and/or data importation.  Other features include supply management (order and track supplies) and dozens of reports.

Module IV - Invoicing Module

The invoicing module allows the administrator to key in costs associated with each service, for each location, at the time of contracting and change when prices increase.  It then allows the administrator to create invoices based off of that location or multiple locations, the date of services to be included and the services to be billed at that time.  The end product is a summarized invoice and a detailed invoice in PDF with the detailed information also available in an exported Excel.
Some Sample invoices include:
MRO Invoice by company group by date range - Each location separated and itemized.
Service Invoice by location by date range - To include drug screens and medical certification exams.

Module V - Random Selection Module

The Random Selection Module is a randomizer attached to the Lab Results Management Module and uploaded employer list.  At the time of contracting, the random parameters are entered and stored.  The program will work off of those lists, key elements and time frames throughout the year.  It constantly adjusts to compensate for "failed" collections and even allows for ad-hoc requests when warranted.  The request for a random pool can be generated by the MRO, TPA or DER.  It does not matter.  However, should it be the MRO or TPA generating the random selection list, an encrypted email notification option is available for sharing with the list with the DER.

Module VI - Quality Physical Review Module

After the provider completes the exam and before it is released to the client, this module can be inserted into the process flow.  This allows for third-party review of decisions for training, standardization and general oversight.  It can also be used as a "holding tank" for the provider to review after service completion.  Notes are generated by the person(s) providing review and immediately available to the provider of record should their need to be a change.  If no changes are needed, there is a release button (one or all) which allows the client to immediately have access to the record.

Module VII - Scheduling

Our clients can fill out an online form from with scheduling needs.  We immediately respond to the request with scheduled appointment details.  The form automatically generates an email to the driver instructing them as to when and were to go for services.  There is an attachment with any forms that need to be accompanied by him to the appointment.
